That as a direct and proximate result of the acts of the Defendants the Plaintiff sustained injuries to his body and was forced to incur expenses for doctor and medical services; that the Plaintiff will be forced to incur expenses for doctor and medical services in the future; that the Plaintiff has been unable to maintain gainful employment following said accident and has lost wages and business expectations as a result thereof; that the Plaintiff may continue to lose wages and may lose wages in the future; that the injuries suffered by the Plaintiff may be of a permanent nature, and as a result thereof, this permanent potential earning capacity may be substantially diminished; that the Plaintiff has suffered and will continue to endure pain and suffering as a result of his injuries. That the Plaintiff may have sustained permanent disability to his body as a result of said incident. 15. That the conduct of the Defendants was willful, wanton and in reckless disregard of the rights and safety of Plaintiff, and was done with malice aforethought and that Plaintiff is entitled to recover punitive and exemplary damages as a result thereof. 16.
